Central Palma Youth Hostel is located in the heart of Palma, in the Plaza Square, beside the town hall is in the Gothic of Gerreria neighborhood where formerly there was a craft very active. Central Palma Youth Hostel is housed in a former convent of the Franciscan Sisters of Mercy. The building has had a major reform knowing maintaining the structure and original style and adapting it to current needs. Suitable for handicapped. Central Palma Youth Hostel has rooms with 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 beds, choosing either sex or mixed dorms. This hotel offers guests various services for the use and enjoyment of them such as a space for preparing meals for themselves, showers, towel rental, meeting facilities and meeting rooms, lockers, bicycle rental, vehicles, cafeteria / bar, TV and games, luggage, etc ...

25 17:39:36/01/2016Muy mala gestión. Resulta que en invierno está cerrado pero sin embargo si que aceptan el dinero de la gente. Espero que me devuelvan mi dinero.

13 16:57:59/08/2015Although me and my friend booked a 4 beds dorm, the 1st night we ended up in 19 (!) beds dorm. Reception said there's only that room available so we have no choice. No sorry, no nothing. Next day we needed to leave quite early, so we've been told we can leave the luggage at the reception (night shift guy was too busy to do that), so we carried our stuff whole day. The following night we've got what we booked, but the reception guy seemed like he's doing a favour to us. At the end of our stay my friend wanted to leave the luggage for few hrs (night shift guy said she needs to pay extra 3 eur/bag). To sum it up, staff members were very unhelpfull and unfriendly (at least the guys we met)! They looked like they're doing a big favour working there. Pity, because hostel itself is very nice, in a very good location.
